You have a choice.

The choice

You know it, that each one of us has only one life to live.
(Yes, YOLO and all that.)

Then isn’t it rather tragic to find men and women, with resources available to change the world,
talk about what’s going on between the neighbors daughter and the guy from the 5th floor;

men and women, with geniuses capable of creating anything artsy,
using it for the daily routine desk jobs;

men and women, capable of independent thought,
narrowing their minds to accustom it to society’s popular ideas;

men and women, capable of greatness,
wallowing in mediocrity;

men and women, capable of self-expression,
slowly dying a mental death, every day, every hour?

For you, life can be a succession of glorious adventures worth narrating.
Or it can be a monotonous bore.

You have a choice.
What’s it going to be?

about pursuing what they love, in one his interviews]

PS: There’s a happy moment for me today, as my photographer friend here,
decides to choose to do what she loves and quit the monotony.
Happy Freedom Day to you, my Phalle :D

Colours

Colours

Our entire existence is based on the laws of two.
The good and the bad. The angels and the demons. The black and the white.
However, we fail to acknowledge the streak of colours that our everyday life is.
The different array of people who aren’t good or bad.
Who aren’t halo laden angels, but they don’t have horns either.
It’s not in B&W, it’s colourful and chaotic.

It’s the everyday phenomenon of our colour driven beautiful life.

Mental Turbulence.

Mental Turbulance 1Hearing voices from miles away
Saying things never said
Seeing shadows in the light of the day
Waging a war inside my head

Feeling strangers staring my way
Reading minds never read
Tasting danger with each word I say
Waging a war inside my head

– War inside my head, Mike Portnoy.

Live the chaos

You are not going to have your way through your every organized effort.
It is going to be chaotic. Live the chaos, because that is the first step to establishing order.
If the latter doesn’t happen, make sure the chaos you create is as much beautiful and breathtaking.
